Let his children become orphans and his wife a widow.
And I will be very angry and kill you in war. Then your wives will become widows, and your children will become orphans.
So now, let their children starve, and let their enemies kill them with swords. Let their wives lose their children and husbands. Let the men from Judah be put to death and the young men be killed with swords in battle.
We are like orphans with no father; our mothers are like widows.
