Don’t accuse a person for no good reason; don’t accuse someone who has not harmed you.

And a servant of the Lord must not quarrel but must be kind to everyone, a good teacher, and patient.

An angry person causes trouble; a person with a quick temper sins a lot.

The words of fools start quarrels. They make people want to beat them.

Starting a quarrel is like a leak in a dam, so stop it before a fight breaks out.

Interfering in someone else’s quarrel as you pass by is like grabbing a dog by the ears.

You have defeated Edom, but you have become proud. Stay at home and brag. Don’t ask for trouble, or you and Judah will be defeated.”
