that you will be filled with the good things produced in your life by Christ to bring glory and praise to God.

so that you will live the kind of life that honors and pleases the Lord in every way. You will produce fruit in every good work and grow in the knowledge of God.

Brothers and sisters, we taught you how to live in a way that will please God, and you are living that way. Now we ask and encourage you in the Lord Jesus to live that way even more.

If all these things are in you and are growing, they will help you to be useful and productive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
