But the bridegroom answered, ‘I tell you the truth, I don’t want to know you.’

If people are ashamed of me and my teaching, then the Son of Man will be ashamed of them when he comes in his glory and with the glory of the Father and the holy angels.

If we accept suffering, we will also rule with him. If we say we don’t know him, he will say he doesn’t know us.

Whoever does not accept the Son does not have the Father. But whoever confesses the Son has the Father, too.

Yes, my dear children, live in him so that when Christ comes back, we can be without fear and not be ashamed in his presence.

I know what you do. I have put an open door before you, which no one can close. I know you have little strength, but you have obeyed my teaching and were not afraid to speak my name.
