The Lord does what he pleases, in heaven and on earth, in the seas and the deep oceans.

He brings the clouds from the ends of the earth. He sends the lightning with the rain. He brings out the wind from his storehouses.

So Moses raised his walking stick over the land of Egypt, and the Lord caused a strong wind to blow from the east. It blew across the land all that day and night, and when morning came, the east wind had brought the locusts.

But you blew on them with your breath and covered them with the sea. They sank like lead in the raging water.

When he thunders, the waters in the skies roar. He makes clouds rise in the sky all over the earth. He sends lightning with the rain and brings out the wind from his storehouses.

He is the one who makes the mountains and creates the wind and makes his thoughts known to people. He changes the dawn into darkness and walks over the mountains of the earth. His name is the Lord God All-Powerful.

The Lord sent a strong wind from the sea, and it blew quail into the area all around the camp. The quail were about three feet deep on the ground, and there were quail a day’s walk in any direction.
