Jesus answered, “Go. Your son will live.” The man believed what Jesus told him and went home.
The jar of flour and the jug of oil were never empty, just as the Lord, through Elijah, had promised.
Then Jesus said to the officer, “Go home. Your servant will be healed just as you believed he would.” And his servant was healed that same hour.
When Jesus saw the men, he said, “Go and show yourselves to the priests.” As the ten men were going, they were healed.
Then Jesus said to her, “Didn’t I tell you that if you believed you would see the glory of God?”
The officer said, “Sir, come before my child dies.”
On the way the man’s servants came and met him and told him, “Your son is alive.”
Abraham believed that God could raise the dead, and really, it was as if Abraham got Isaac back from death.
