The slave girl gave a name to the Lord who spoke to her: “You are ‘God who sees me,’ ” because she said to herself, “Have I really seen God who sees me?”

The Lord searches all the earth for people who have given themselves completely to him. He wants to make them strong. Asa, you did a foolish thing, so from now on you will have wars.”

Do you have human eyes that see as we see?

God knows who is evil, and when he sees evil, he takes note of it.

This is my salvation. The wicked cannot come before him.

God may let these evil people feel safe, but he is watching their ways.

But I, the Lord, look into a person’s heart and test the mind. So I can decide what each one deserves; I can give each one the right payment for what he does.”

You plan and do great things. You see everything that people do, and you reward people for the way they live and for what they do.

I, the Lord God, am watching the sinful kingdom Israel. I will destroy it from off the earth, but I will not completely destroy Jacob’s descendants,” says the Lord.
