They will not escape the darkness. A flame will dry up their branches; God’s breath will carry the wicked away.

They have no children or descendants among their people, and no one will be left alive where they once lived.

They must give back what they worked for without eating it; they will not enjoy the money they made from their trading,

They gather hay and straw in the fields and pick up leftover grapes from the vineyard of the wicked.

They will eat the calves from your herds and the harvest of your field, and you will be destroyed. They will not leave you any grain, new wine or oil, or any calves from your herds or lambs from your flocks. You will be ruined.

“The Lord is God of gods! The Lord is God of gods! God knows, and we want you to know also. If we have done something wrong, you may kill us.
