If we decide to go on sinning after we have learned the truth, there is no longer any sacrifice for sins.

(Now Abiathar son of Ahimelech had brought the holy vest with him when he came to David at Keilah.)

David learned Saul was making evil plans against him. So he said to Abiathar the priest, “Bring the holy vest.”

David said to Abiathar the priest, “Bring me the holy vest.”
