If someone is lazy, the roof will begin to fall. If he doesn’t fix it, the house will leak.

Hard workers will become leaders, but those who are lazy will be slaves.

A wise woman strengthens her family, but a foolish woman destroys hers by what she does.

Lazy farmers don’t plow when they should; they expect a harvest, but there is none.

Lazy people’s desire for sleep will kill them, because they refuse to work.

Those who drink and eat too much become poor. They sleep too much and end up wearing rags.

We want each of you to go on with the same hard work all your lives so you will surely get what you hope for.
