So what should we say about this? If God is for us, no one can defeat us.

My dear children, you belong to God and have defeated them; because God’s Spirit, who is in you, is greater than the devil, who is in the world.

But I will save you on that day, Ebed-Melech, says the Lord. You will not be handed over to the people you fear.
