Keep me as the apple of the eye; Hide me in the shadow of Your wings

Certainly goodness and faithfulness will follow me all the days of my life, And my dwelling will be in the house of the Lord forever.

¶One thing I have asked from the Lord, that I shall seek: That I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, To behold the beauty of the Lord And to meditate in His temple.

Be gracious to me, God, be gracious to me, For my soul takes refuge in You; And in the shadow of Your wings I will take refuge Until destruction passes by.

He will sit enthroned before God forever; Appoint faithfulness and truth that they may watch over him.

My salvation and my glory rest on God; The rock of my strength, my refuge is in God.

For You have been my help, And in the shadow of Your wings I sing for joy.

Lord, You have been our dwelling place in all generations.

One who dwells in the shelter of the Most High Will lodge in the shadow of the Almighty.

He will cover you with His pinions, And under His wings you may take refuge; His faithfulness is a shield and wall.

Planted in the house of the Lord, They will flourish in the courtyards of our God.

The name of the Lord is a strong tower; The righteous runs into it and is safe.

“Jerusalem, Jerusalem, who kills the prophets and stones those who have been sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together, the way a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, and you were unwilling.

so that by two unchangeable things in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have taken refuge would have strong encouragement to hold firmly to the hope set before us.

The one who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of My God, and he will not go out from it anymore; and I will write on him the name of My God, and the name of the city of My God, the new Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from My God, and My new name.

May the Lord reward your work, and may your wages be full from the Lord, the God of Israel, under whose wings you have come to take refuge.”
