“Bring my soul out of prison, So that I may give thanks to Your name; The righteous will surround me, For You will look after me.”

¶God, I will sing a new song to You; On a harp of ten strings I will sing praises to You,

For on the day of trouble He will conceal me in His tabernacle; He will hide me in the secret place of His tent; He will lift me up on a rock.

Sing to Him a new song; Play skillfully with a shout of joy.

¶May those shout for joy and rejoice, who take delight in my vindication; And may they say continually, “The Lord be exalted, Who delights in the prosperity of His servant.”

¶The steps of a man are established by the Lord, And He delights in his way.

The righteous will see and fear, And they will laugh at him, saying,

I am weary with my crying; my throat is parched; My eyes fail while I wait for my God.

Afterward the sons of Israel will return and seek the Lord their God and David their king; and they will come trembling to the Lord and to His goodness in the last days.

But many of those who had heard the message believed; and the number of the men came to be about five thousand.

And they *sang a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and the elders; and no one was able to learn the song except the 144,000 who had been purchased from the earth.
