¶Your throne, God, is forever and ever; The scepter of Your kingdom is a scepter of justice.

Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God has shone.

But chose the tribe of Judah, Mount Zion, which He loved.

“I will also make him My firstborn, The highest of the kings of the earth.

“Behold, I have made him a witness to the peoples, A leader and commander for the peoples.

This is what the Lord God says: “I will also take a sprig from the lofty top of the cedar and set it out; I will break off from the topmost of its young twigs a tender one, and I will plant it on a high and lofty mountain.

And in the days of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which will never be destroyed, and that kingdom will not be left for another people; it will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, but it will itself endure forever.

The Lord says this: ‘I will return to Zion and dwell in the midst of Jerusalem. Then Jerusalem will be called the City of Truth, and the mountain of the Lord of armies will be called the Holy Mountain.’

And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me.

And He put all things in subjection under His feet, and made Him head over all things to the church,

But you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to myriads of angels,

Then I looked, and behold, the Lamb was standing on Mount Zion, and with Him 144,000 who had His name and the name of His Father written on their foreheads.
