And the news about Him spread throughout Syria; and they brought to Him all who were ill, those suffering with various diseases and severe pain, demon-possessed, people with epilepsy, and people who were paralyzed; and He healed them.

Now when the queen of Sheba heard about the fame of Solomon in relation to the name of the Lord, she came to test him with riddles.

For he was wiser than all other people, more than Ethan the Ezrahite, Heman, Calcol, and Darda, the sons of Mahol; and his fame was known in all the surrounding nations.

Then the fame of David spread in all the lands; and the Lord brought the fear of him on all the nations.

Now with all my ability I have provided for the house of my God the gold for the things of gold, the silver for the things of silver, the bronze for the things of bronze, the iron for the things of iron, wood for the things of wood, onyx stones and inlaid stones, stones of antimony and stones of various colors, and all kinds of precious stones and alabaster in abundance.

Then a demon-possessed man who was blind and unable to speak was brought to Jesus, and He healed him so that the man who was unable to speak talked and could see.

At that time Herod the tetrarch heard the news about Jesus,

And a Canaanite woman from that region came out and began to cry out, saying, “Have mercy on me, Lord, Son of David; my daughter is severely demon-possessed.”

“Lord, have mercy on my son, because he has seizures and suffers terribly; for he often falls into the fire and often into the water.

And Jesus rebuked him, and the demon came out of him, and the boy was healed at once.

Jesus was going about in all of Galilee, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every disease and every sickness among the people.

And when He came to the other side into the country of the Gadarenes, two demon-possessed men confronted Him as they were coming out of the tombs. They were so extremely violent that no one could pass by that way.

And the herdsmen ran away, and went to the city and reported everything, including what had happened to the demon-possessed men.

and saying, “Lord, my servant is lying paralyzed at home, terribly tormented.”

And this news spread throughout that land.

Jesus was going through all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every disease and every sickness.

Immediately the news about Him spread everywhere into all the surrounding region of Galilee.

Now when evening came, after the sun had set, they began bringing to Him all who were ill and those who were demon-possessed.

And some people *came, bringing to Him a man who was paralyzed, carried by four men.

And when they were unable to get to Him because of the crowd, they removed the roof above Him; and after digging an opening, they let down the pallet on which the paralyzed man was lying.

Which is easier, to say to the paralyzed man, ‘Your sins are forgiven’; or to say, ‘Get up, and pick up your pallet and walk’?

This was the first census taken while Quirinius was governor of Syria.

And Jesus returned to Galilee in the power of the Spirit, and news about Him spread through all the surrounding region.

Then He got up and left the synagogue, and entered Simon’s home. Now Simon’s mother-in-law was suffering from a high fever, and they asked Him to help her.

But the news about Him was spreading even farther, and large crowds were gathering to hear Him and to be healed of their sicknesses.

But so that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins,” He said to the man who was paralyzed, “I say to you, get up, and pick up your stretcher, and go home.”

And this report about Him spread throughout Judea and in all the surrounding region.

Others were saying, “These are not the words of one who is demon-possessed. A demon cannot open the eyes of those who are blind, can it?”

You know of Jesus of Nazareth, how God anointed Him with the Holy Spirit and with power, and how He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.

and they sent this letter with them: “The apostles and the brothers who are elders, to the brothers and sisters in Antioch, Syria, and Cilicia who are from the Gentiles: Greetings.

And he was traveling through Syria and Cilicia, strengthening the churches.

After this happened, the rest of the people on the island who had diseases were coming to him and being cured.

For in the case of many who had unclean spirits, they were coming out of them shouting with a loud voice; and many who had been paralyzed or limped on crutches were healed.

So the Lord was with Joshua, and his fame was in all the land.
