Then the two worthless men came in and sat opposite him; and the worthless men testified against him, against Naboth, before the people, saying, “Naboth cursed God and the king.” So they took him outside the city and stoned him to death with stones.

¶He was oppressed and afflicted, Yet He did not open His mouth; Like a lamb that is led to slaughter, And like a sheep that is silent before its shearers, So He did not open His mouth.

and they will hand Him over to the Gentiles to mock and flog and crucify, and on the third day He will be raised up.”

And they took him and threw him out of the vineyard, and killed him.

“You know that after two days the Passover is coming, and the Son of Man is to be handed over for crucifixion.”

And after they had mocked Him, they took the purple cloak off Him and put His own garments on Him. And they *led Him out to crucify Him.

So he then handed Him over to them to be crucified.

Then He *said to the disciple, “Behold, your mother!” And from that hour the disciple took her into his own household.

When they had driven him out of the city, they began stoning him; and the witnesses laid aside their cloaks at the feet of a young man named Saul.

Therefore Jesus also suffered outside the gate, that He might sanctify the people through His own blood.
