Simon the Zealot, and Judas Iscariot, the one who also betrayed Him.

And Judas, who was betraying Him, said, “Surely it is not I, Rabbi?” Jesus *said to him, “You have said it yourself.”

And while He was still speaking, behold, Judas, one of the twelve, came accompanied by a large crowd with swords and clubs, who came from the chief priests and elders of the people.

Then when Judas, who had betrayed Him, saw that He had been condemned, he felt remorse and returned the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and elders,

But Judas Iscariot, one of His disciples, the one who intended to betray Him, *said,

And during supper, the devil having already put into the heart of Judas Iscariot, the son of Simon, to betray Him,

Jesus then *answered, “That man is the one for whom I shall dip the piece of bread and give it to him.” So when He had dipped the piece of bread, He *took and *gave it to Judas, the son of Simon Iscariot.

So after receiving the piece of bread, he left immediately; and it was night.

Now Judas, who was betraying Him, also knew the place, because Jesus had often met there with His disciples.

“Brothers, the Scripture had to be fulfilled, which the Holy Spirit foretold by the mouth of David concerning Judas, who became a guide to those who arrested Jesus.

(Now this man acquired a field with the price of his wickedness, and falling headlong, he burst open in the middle and all his intestines gushed out.
