Then the Lord answered Job from the whirlwind and said,

“You called in trouble and I rescued you; I answered you in the hiding place of thunder; I put you to the test at the waters of Meribah. Selah

When the sound of the trumpet grew louder and louder, Moses spoke, and God answered him with thunder.

“Behold, My Servant, whom I uphold; My chosen one in whom My soul delights. I have put My Spirit upon Him; He will bring forth justice to the nations.

The Lord was pleased for His righteousness’ sake To make the Law great and glorious.

“Behold, My Servant whom I have chosen; My Beloved in whom My soul delights; I will put My Spirit upon Him, And He will proclaim justice to the Gentiles.

When the disciples heard this, they fell face down to the ground and were terrified.

and behold, a voice from the heavens said, “This is My beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased.”

and a voice came from the heavens: “You are My beloved Son; in You I am well pleased.”

Then a cloud formed, overshadowing them, and a voice came out of the cloud: “This is My beloved Son; listen to Him!”

and the Holy Spirit descended upon Him in bodily form like a dove, and a voice came from heaven: “You are My beloved Son, in You I am well pleased.”

“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish, but have eternal life.

The Father loves the Son and has entrusted all things to His hand.

And the Father who sent Me, He has testified about Me. You have neither heard His voice at any time, nor seen His form.

And after He had said these things, He was lifted up while they were watching, and a cloud took Him up, out of their sight.

This is the Moses who said to the sons of Israel, ‘God will raise up for you a prophet like me from your countrymen.’

to the praise of the glory of His grace, with which He favored us in the Beloved.

“The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among you, from your countrymen; to him you shall listen.

And it shall come about that whoever does not listen to My words which he speaks in My name, I Myself will require it of him.

“These words the Lord spoke to your whole assembly at the mountain from the midst of the fire, from the cloud, and from the thick darkness, with a great voice, and He added nothing more. He wrote them on two tablets of stone and gave them to me.

For He rescued us from the domain of darkness, and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son,

And having been perfected, He became the source of eternal salvation for all those who obey Him,

Behold, He is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see Him, even those who pierced Him; and all the tribes of the earth will mourn over Him. So it is to be. Amen.

Then I looked, and behold, a white cloud, and sitting on the cloud was one like a son of man, with a golden crown on His head and a sharp sickle in His hand.
