Now Isaac sowed in that land and reaped in the same year a hundred times as much. And the Lord blessed him,

“Cry loudly, do not hold back; Raise your voice like a trumpet, And declare to My people their wrongdoing, And to the house of Jacob their sins.

“Is My word not like fire?” declares the Lord, “and like a hammer which shatters a rock?

But the one sown with seed on the good soil, this is the one who hears the word and understands it, who indeed bears fruit and produces, some a hundred, some sixty, and some thirty times as much.”

But others fell on the good soil and yielded a crop, some a hundred, some sixty, and some thirty times as much.

And those are the ones sown with seed on the good soil; and they hear the word and accept it and bear fruit, thirty, sixty, and a hundred times as much.”

Other seed fell among the thorns, and the thorns came up and choked it, and it yielded no crop.

And He was saying, “He who has ears to hear, let him hear.”

But the seed in the good soil, these are the ones who have heard the word with a good and virtuous heart, and hold it firmly, and produce fruit with perseverance.

And yet other seed fell into the good soil, and grew up, and produced a crop a hundred times as much.” As He said these things, He would call out, “The one who has ears to hear, let him hear.”

I am the vine, you are the branches; the one who remains in Me, and I in him bears much fruit, for apart from Me you can do nothing.

If anyone is willing to do His will, he will know about the teaching, whether it is of God, or I am speaking from Myself.

Now these people were more noble-minded than those in Thessalonica, for they received the word with great eagerness, examining the Scriptures daily to see whether these things were so.

in whom the whole building, being fitted together, is growing into a holy temple in the Lord,

having been filled with the fruit of righteousness which comes through Jesus Christ, for the glory and praise of God.

which has come to you, just as in all the world also it is bearing fruit and increasing, even as it has been doing in you also since the day you heard it and understood the grace of God in truth;
