Luke 8:39

“Return to your home and describe what great things God has done for you.” So he went away, proclaiming throughout the city what great things Jesus had done for him.

¶Come and hear, all who fear God, And I will tell of what He has done for my soul.

But he went out and began to proclaim it freely and to spread the news around, to such an extent that Jesus could no longer publicly enter a city, but stayed out in unpopulated areas; and they were coming to Him from everywhere.

And as He was getting into the boat, the man who had been demon-possessed was begging Him that he might accompany Him.

And He did not let him, but He *said to him, “Go home to your people and report to them what great things the Lord has done for you, and how He had mercy on you.”

But the man from whom the demons had gone out was begging Him that he might accompany Him; but Jesus sent him away, saying,

And as Jesus was returning, the people welcomed Him, for they had all been waiting for Him.

“Come, see a Man who told me all the things that I have done; this is not the Christ, is He?”

He is your glory and He is your God, who has done these great and awesome things for you which your eyes have seen.

But if anyone does not provide for his own, and especially for those of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.
