Now the fifth lot went to the tribe of the sons of Asher according to their families.

and the sons of Zilpah, Leah’s female slave, were Gad and Asher. These were the sons of Jacob who were born to him in Paddan-aram.

Baana the son of Hushai in Asher and Bealoth;

Beside the border of Dan, from the east side to the west side, Asher, one portion.

This was the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Issachar according to their families, the cities with their villages.

Their territory was Helkath, Hali, Beten, and Achshaph,

Asher did not drive out the inhabitants of Acco, or the inhabitants of Sidon, or of Ahlab, or of Achzib, Helbah, Aphik, or of Rehob.

“Gilead remained across the Jordan; And why did Dan stay on ships? Asher sat at the seashore, And remained by its landings.
