The fourth lot went to Issachar, to the sons of Issachar according to their families.

the sons of Leah were Reuben, Jacob’s firstborn, then Simeon, Levi, Judah, Issachar, and Zebulun;

¶“Issachar is a strong donkey, Lying down between the sheepfolds.

Jehoshaphat the son of Paruah in Issachar;

Beside the border of Simeon, from the east side to the west side, Issachar, one portion.

But the land shall be divided by lot. They shall receive their inheritance according to the names of the tribes of their fathers.

This was the inheritance of the sons of Zebulun according to their families, these cities with their villages.

Their territory was to Jezreel and included Chesulloth, Shunem,

from the tribe of Simeon twelve thousand, from the tribe of Levi twelve thousand, from the tribe of Issachar twelve thousand,
