Then Abraham said to him, “Beware that you do not take my son back there!

The servant said to him, “Suppose the woman is not willing to follow me to this land; should I take your son back to the land from where you came?”

But if the woman is not willing to follow you, then you will be free of this oath of mine; only do not take my son back there.”

It was for freedom that Christ set us free; therefore keep standing firm and do not be subject again to a yoke of slavery.

But we are not among those who shrink back to destruction, but of those who have faith for the safekeeping of the soul.
