And behold, you will conceive in your womb and give birth to a son, and you shall name Him Jesus.

And he asked for a tablet and wrote as follows, “His name is John.” And they were all amazed.

It came about in due time, after Hannah had conceived, that she gave birth to a son; and she named him Samuel, saying, “Because I have asked for him of the Lord.”
