We do not see our signs; There is no longer any prophet, Nor is there anyone among us who knows how long.

And behold, six men came from the direction of the upper gate which faces north, each with his smashing weapon in his hand; and among them was one man clothed in linen with a scribe’s kit at his waist. And they came in and stood beside the bronze altar.

Then I, Daniel, looked, and behold, two others were standing, one on this bank of the stream and the other on that bank of the stream.

But as for me, I heard but did not understand; so I said, “My lord, what will be the outcome of these events?”

Then I heard a holy one speaking, and another holy one said to that particular one who was speaking, “How long will the vision about the regular sacrifice apply, while the offense causes horror, so as to allow both the sanctuary and the army to be trampled?”

And I heard the voice of a man between the banks of Ulai, and he called out and said, “Gabriel, explain the vision to this man.”

And as He was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, “Tell us, when will these things happen, and what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?”

“Tell us, when will these things come about, and what will be the sign when all these things are going to be fulfilled?”

so that the multifaceted wisdom of God might now be made known through the church to the rulers and the authorities in the heavenly places.

It was revealed to them that they were not serving themselves, but you, in these things which now have been announced to you through those who preached the gospel to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven—things into which angels long to look.

and the seven angels who had the seven plagues came out of the temple, clothed in linen, clean and bright, and their chests wrapped with golden sashes.

And the armies which are in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, were following Him on white horses.

and they cried out with a loud voice, saying, “How long, O Lord, holy and true, will You refrain from judging and avenging our blood on those who live on the earth?”
