Let them be like straw before the wind, like chaff the storm carries away!

But not so are the wicked, not so! They are like chaff driven by the wind.

Our life ebbs away under your wrath; our years end like a sigh.

By faith he kept the Passover and sprinkled the blood, that the Destroyer of the firstborn might not touch them.
