My foot stands on level ground; in assemblies I will bless the Lord.

Lord, show me your way; lead me on a level path because of my enemies.

Hallelujah! I will praise the Lord with all my heart in the assembled congregation of the upright.

Surely, I wait for the Lord; who bends down to me and hears my cry,

Whoever walks honestly walks securely, but one whose ways are crooked will fare badly.

He guards the footsteps of his faithful ones, but the wicked shall perish in the darkness; for not by strength does one prevail.

saying: “I will proclaim your name to my brothers, in the midst of the assembly I will praise you”;

There the tribes go up, the tribes of the Lord, As it was decreed for Israel, to give thanks to the name of the Lord.

Let them extol him in the assembly of the people, and praise him in the council of the elders.

To hear the sound of thanksgiving, and recount all your wondrous deeds.

In your choirs, bless God; Lord, Israel’s fountain.
