Hallelujah! I will praise the Lord with all my heart in the assembled congregation of the upright.

I will pay my vows to the Lord in the presence of all his people,

O God, a new song I will sing to you; on a ten-stringed lyre I will play for you.

Hallelujah! Praise the Lord from the heavens; praise him in the heights.

Save me from the lion’s mouth, my poor life from the horns of wild bulls.

For he has not spurned or disdained the misery of this poor wretch, Did not turn away from me, but heard me when I cried out.

Sing to him a new song; skillfully play with joyful chant.

Sing to the Lord a new song, his praise from the ends of the earth: Let the sea and what fills it resound, the coastlands, and those who dwell in them.

They sang a new hymn: “Worthy are you to receive the scroll and to break open its seals, for you were slain and with your blood you purchased for God those from every tribe and tongue, people and nation.
