My eyes long to see your salvation and the promise of your righteousness.

I sigh with open mouth, yearning for your commandments.

So I would like younger widows to marry, have children, and manage a home, so as to give the adversary no pretext for maligning us.

and sound speech that cannot be criticized, so that the opponent will be put to shame without anything bad to say about us.

for true and just are his judgments. He has condemned the great harlot who corrupted the earth with her harlotry. He has avenged on her the blood of his servants.”
