She has sent out her maidservants; she calls from the heights out over the city:
Your creatures dwelt in it; you will establish it in your goodness for the poor, O God.
She sits at the door of her house upon a seat on the city heights,
“Let those who are naive turn in here, to those who lack sense I say,
Go out, therefore, into the main roads and invite to the feast whomever you find.’
Therefore, the wisdom of God said, ‘I will send to them prophets and apostles; some of them they will kill and persecute’
When the time for the dinner came, he dispatched his servant to say to those invited, ‘Come, everything is now ready.’
Jesus answered him, “I have spoken publicly to the world. I have always taught in a synagogue or in the temple area where all the Jews gather, and in secret I have said nothing.
On the last and greatest day of the feast, Jesus stood up and exclaimed, “Let anyone who thirsts come to me and drink.
And how can people preach unless they are sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring [the] good news!”
