The Lord acknowledged my righteousness; rewarded my clean hands.

So the Lord rewarded my righteousness, the cleanness of my hands in his sight.

Whoever loves discipline loves knowledge, but whoever hates reproof is stupid.

Misfortune pursues sinners, but the just shall be recompensed with good.

As for the Levites who went far away from me when Israel strayed from me after their idols, they will bear the consequences of their sin.

Like people, like priest: I will punish them for their ways, and repay them for their deeds.
