Numbers 35:34

Do not defile the land in which you live and in the midst of which I dwell; for I the Lord dwell in the midst of the Israelites.

“This is my resting place forever; here I will dwell, for I desire it.

I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Behold, God’s dwelling is with the human race. He will dwell with them and they will be his people and God himself will always be with them [as their God].
