Numbers 19:20

Those who become unclean and fail to purify themselves—those people will be cut off from the assembly, because they defile the sanctuary of the Lord. The purification water has not been splashed over them; they remain unclean.

If a male is uncircumcised, that is, if the flesh of his foreskin has not been cut away, such a one will be cut off from his people; he has broken my covenant.

Whoever prepares a perfume like this, or whoever puts any of this on an unauthorized person, shall be cut off from his people. The Incense.

Those who touch the corpse of a human being who dies and who fail to purify themselves defile the tabernacle of the Lord and these persons shall be cut off from Israel. Since the purification water has not been splashed over them, they remain unclean: their uncleanness is still on them.

However, anyone who is clean and not away on a journey, who yet fails to celebrate the Passover, shall be cut off from the people, for not presenting the Lord’s offering at the prescribed time. That person shall bear the consequences of this sin.

Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved; whoever does not believe will be condemned.

Therefore, beloved, since you await these things, be eager to be found without spot or blemish before him, at peace.

Let the wicked still act wickedly, and the filthy still be filthy. The righteous must still do right, and the holy still be holy.”
