Then Peter said to Jesus in reply, “Rabbi, it is good that we are here! Let us make three tents: one for you, one for Moses, and one for Elijah.”

but I have prayed that your own faith may not fail; and once you have turned back, you must strengthen your brothers.”

Jesus turned and saw them following him and said to them, “What are you looking for?” They said to him, “Rabbi” (which translated means Teacher), “where are you staying?”

Nathanael answered him, “Rabbi, you are the Son of God; you are the King of Israel.”

The disciples said to him, “Rabbi, the Jews were just trying to stone you, and you want to go back there?”

Jesus said to her, “Mary!” She turned and said to him in Hebrew, “Rabbouni,” which means Teacher.

He came to Jesus at night and said to him, “Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher who has come from God, for no one can do these signs that you are doing unless God is with him.”

So they came to John and said to him, “Rabbi, the one who was with you across the Jordan, to whom you testified, here he is baptizing and everyone is coming to him.”

Meanwhile, the disciples urged him, “Rabbi, eat.”

And when they found him across the sea they said to him, “Rabbi, when did you get here?”

His disciples asked him, “Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?”

Not that we lord it over your faith; rather, we work together for your joy, for you stand firm in the faith.

For we do not preach ourselves but Jesus Christ as Lord, and ourselves as your slaves for the sake of Jesus.

from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named,

no longer as a slave but more than a slave, a brother, beloved especially to me, but even more so to you, as a man and in the Lord.
