But if you do not obey these commands, I swear by myself—oracle of the Lord: this house shall become rubble.

Behold, your house will be abandoned. [But] I tell you, you will not see me until [the time comes when] you say, ‘Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.’”

In my hearing the Lord of hosts has sworn: Many houses shall be in ruins, houses large and fine, with nobody living there.

I have cut down nations, their battlements are laid waste; I have made their streets deserted, with no one passing through; Their cities are devastated, with no one dwelling in them.
