Amen, I say to you, among those born of women there has been none greater than John the Baptist; yet the least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he.

I tell you, among those born of women, no one is greater than John; yet the least in the kingdom of God is greater than he.”

To me, the very least of all the holy ones, this grace was given, to preach to the Gentiles the inscrutable riches of Christ,

From the days of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent are taking it by force.
