God looked at everything he had made, and found it very good. Evening came, and morning followed—the sixth day.

I praise you, because I am wonderfully made; wonderful are your works! My very self you know.

On that day the deaf shall hear the words of a scroll; And out of gloom and darkness, the eyes of the blind shall see.

As they were going out, a demoniac who could not speak was brought to him,

All were amazed and asked one another, “What is this? A new teaching with authority. He commands even the unclean spirits and they obey him.”

He rose, picked up his mat at once, and went away in the sight of everyone. They were all astounded and glorified God, saying, “We have never seen anything like this.” The Call of Levi.

They were filled with great awe and said to one another, “Who then is this whom even wind and sea obey?”

The girl, a child of twelve, arose immediately and walked around. [At that] they were utterly astounded.

He got into the boat with them and the wind died down. They were [completely] astounded.

He ordered them not to tell anyone. But the more he ordered them not to, the more they proclaimed it.

In those days when there again was a great crowd without anything to eat, he summoned the disciples and said,

And indeed, we have been condemned justly, for the sentence we received corresponds to our crimes, but this man has done nothing criminal.”

When the crowds saw what Paul had done, they cried out in Lycaonian, “The gods have come down to us in human form.”
