God blessed Noah and his sons and said to them: Be fertile and multiply and fill the earth.

and God blessed them, saying: Be fertile, multiply, and fill the water of the seas; and let the birds multiply on the earth.

God blessed them and God said to them: Be fertile and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it. Have dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, and all the living things that crawl on the earth.

These are the clans of Noah’s sons, according to their origins and by their nations. From these the nations of the earth branched out after the flood.

God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it he rested from all the work he had done in creation. The Garden of Eden.

They blessed Rebekah and said: “Sister, may you grow into thousands of myriads; And may your descendants gain possession of the gates of their enemies!”

Then God said to him: I am God Almighty; be fruitful and multiply. A nation, indeed an assembly of nations, will stem from you, and kings will issue from your loins.

Bring out with you every living thing that is with you—all creatures, be they birds or animals or crawling things that crawl on the earth—and let them abound on the earth, and be fertile and multiply on it.

These three were the sons of Noah, and from them the whole earth was populated.

Fear and dread of you shall come upon all the animals of the earth and all the birds of the air, upon all the creatures that move about on the ground and all the fishes of the sea; into your power they are delivered.

Be fertile, then, and multiply; abound on earth and subdue it.

Hallelujah! Blessed the man who fears the Lord, who greatly delights in his commands.

Look to Abraham, your father, and to Sarah, who gave you birth; Though he was but one when I called him, I blessed him and made him many.
