Whoever chooses to do his will shall know whether my teaching is from God or whether I speak on my own.

Send therefore to Joppa and summon Simon, who is called Peter. He is a guest in the house of Simon, a tanner, by the sea.’

When the angel who spoke to him had left, he called two of his servants and a devout soldier from his staff,

And he stayed a long time in Joppa with Simon, a tanner.

Now get up and go into the city and you will be told what you must do.”
