He replied, “If the Lord does not save you, where could I find means to save you? On the threshing floor? In the wine press?”

He bent his bow like an enemy; the arrow in his right hand Like a foe, he killed all those held precious; On the tent of daughter Zion he poured out his wrath like fire.

The Lord has become the enemy, he has devoured Israel: Devoured all its strongholds, destroyed its defenses, Multiplied moaning and groaning throughout daughter Judah.

Since God no longer answers me through prophets or in dreams, I have called upon you to tell me what I should do.”

The Lord has done to you what he declared through me: he has torn the kingdom from your hand and has given it to your neighbor David.
