“Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, you hypocrites. You lock the kingdom of heaven before human beings. You do not enter yourselves, nor do you allow entrance to those trying to enter. [

If I had not come and spoken to them, they would have no sin; but as it is they have no excuse for their sin.

Freed from sin, you have become slaves of righteousness.

But now that you have been freed from sin and have become slaves of God, the benefit that you have leads to sanctification, and its end is eternal life.

For the slave called in the Lord is a freed person in the Lord, just as the free person who has been called is a slave of Christ.

For freedom Christ set us free; so stand firm and do not submit again to the yoke of slavery.

For you were called for freedom, brothers. But do not use this freedom as an opportunity for the flesh; rather, serve one another through love.

knowing that you will receive from the Lord the due payment of the inheritance; be slaves of the Lord Christ.

Nor, indeed, did we ever appear with flattering speech, as you know, or with a pretext for greed—God is witness—

But the one who peers into the perfect law of freedom and perseveres, and is not a hearer who forgets but a doer who acts, such a one shall be blessed in what he does.

So speak and so act as people who will be judged by the law of freedom.

They promise them freedom, though they themselves are slaves of corruption, for a person is a slave of whatever overcomes him.

For there have been some intruders, who long ago were designated for this condemnation, godless persons, who pervert the grace of our God into licentiousness and who deny our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ. The False Teachers.
