Even after this, Jeroboam did not turn from his evil way, but again made priests for the high places from among the common people. Whoever desired it was installed as a priest of the high places.

But you will appoint only Aaron and his descendants to exercise the priesthood. Any unauthorized person who comes near shall be put to death.

But wicked people and charlatans will go from bad to worse, deceivers and deceived.

Micah installed the Levite, and the young man became his priest, remaining in the house of Micah.

The man Micah had a shrine, and he made an ephod and teraphim, and installed one of his sons, who became his priest.
