The fearof the LORDis the beginningof wisdom,And the knowledgeof the HolyOneis understanding.
The conclusion,when allhas been heard,[is]: fearGodand keepHis commandments,becausethis[applies to] everyperson.
I exploredwith my mind[how] to stimulatemy bodywith winewhile my mindwas guiding[me] wisely,and how to takeholdof folly,untilI could seewhatgoodthere is for the sonsof mento dounderheaventhe fewyearsof their lives.
moreover,that everymanwhoeatsand drinksseesgoodin allhis labor--it is the giftof God.
by lovingthe LORDyour God,by obeyingHis voice,and by holdingfastto Him; for thisis your lifeand the lengthof your days,that you may livein the landwhichthe LORDsworeto your fathers,to Abraham,Isaac,and Jacob,to givethem."
sothat you and your sonand your grandsonmight fearthe LORDyour God,to keepallHis statutesand His commandmentswhichI commandyou, allthe daysof your life,and that your daysmay be prolonged.
