And Barnabasand Saulreturnedfrom Jerusalemwhen they had fulfilledtheir mission,taking alongwith [them] John,who was also calledMark.
NowPauland his companionsput out to seafrom Paphosand cameto Pergain Pamphylia;but Johnleftthem and returnedto Jerusalem.
The citywas filledwith the confusion,and they rushedwith one accordinto the theater,dragging alongGaiusand Aristarchus,Paul'straveling companionsfrom Macedonia.
And embarkingin an Adramyttianship,which was aboutto sailto the regionsalong the coastof Asia,we put out to seaaccompaniedby Aristarchus,a Macedonianof Thessalonica.
As for Titus,[he is] my partnerand fellow workeramongyou; as for our brethren,[they are] messengersof the churches,a gloryto Christ.
But I thoughtit necessaryto sendto you Epaphroditus,my brotherand fellow workerand fellow soldier,who is alsoyour messengerand ministerto my need;
Indeed,true companion,I askyou alsoto helpthesewomenwhohave shared my strugglein [the cause of] the gospel,togetherwith Clementalsoand the restof my fellow workers,whosenamesare in the bookof life.
Aristarchus,my fellow prisoner,sends you his greetings;and [also] Barnabas'scousinMark(aboutwhomyou receivedinstructions;ifhe comesto you, welcomehim);
Luke,the belovedphysician,sends you his greetings,and [also] Demas.
She who is in Babylon,chosen togetherwith you, sends you greetings,and [so does] my son,Mark.
Thereforewe oughtto supportsuch men,sothat we may be fellow workerswith the truth.
