Furthermore, anythingthat the unclean[person] touchesshall be unclean;and the personwho touches[it] shall be uncleanuntilevening.'"
The LORDalso spoketo Mosesand to Aaron,saying,
Whoeverthen touchesanyof the things whichwere underhim shall be uncleanuntilevening,and he who carriesthem shall washhis clothesand bathein waterand be uncleanuntilevening.
Likewise, whomeverthe one with the dischargetoucheswithouthaving rinsedhis handsin watershall washhis clothesand bathein waterand be uncleanuntilevening.
Anyonewho touchesher bedshall washhis clothesand bathein waterand be uncleanuntilevening.
Whoevertouchesanythingon whichshe sitsshall washhis clothesand bathein waterand be uncleanuntilevening.
Whetherit be on the bedoron the thingon whichshe is sitting,when he touchesit, he shall be uncleanuntilevening.
Likewise, whoevertouchesthem shall be uncleanand shall washhis clothesand bathein waterand be uncleanuntilevening.
Anyone,moreover, whotoucheshis bedshall washhis clothesand bathein waterand be uncleanuntilevening;
and whoever sitson the thingon whichthe man with the dischargehas been sitting,shall washhis clothesand bathein waterand be uncleanuntilevening.
Also whoever touchesthe personwith the dischargeshall washhis clothesand bathein waterand be uncleanuntilevening.
Or ifthe man with the dischargespitson one whois clean,he too shall washhis clothesand bathein waterand be uncleanuntilevening.
orif a mantouchesanyteemingthingsby whichhe is madeunclean,oranymanby whomhe is madeunclean,whateverhis uncleanness;
a personwhotouchesany such shall be uncleanuntilevening,and shall not eatof the holy[gifts] unlesshe has bathedhis bodyin water.
Orifa persontouchesanyuncleanthing,whethera carcassof an uncleanbeastorthe carcassof uncleancattleora carcassof uncleanswarmingthings,though it is hiddenfrom him and he is unclean,then he will be guilty.
Orifhe toucheshumanuncleanness,of whatever[sort] his uncleanness[may] be with whichhe becomesunclean,and it is hiddenfrom him, and then he comes to know[it], he will be guilty.
Also the fleshthat touchesanythinguncleanshall not be eaten;it shall be burnedwith fire.As for [other] flesh,anyonewho is cleanmay eat[such] flesh.
Whenanyonetouchesanythingunclean,whether humanuncleanness,oran uncleananimal,oranyuncleandetestablething,and eatsof the fleshof the sacrificeof peaceofferingswhichbelong to the LORD,that personshall be cutofffrom his people.'"
Then Haggaisaid,"Ifone who is uncleanfrom a corpsetouchesanyof these,will [the latter] becomeunclean?"And the priestsanswered,"It will becomeunclean."
The priestshall then washhis clothesand bathehis bodyin water,and afterwardcomeinto the camp,but the priestshall be uncleanuntilevening.
