But when the cloudhad withdrawnfrom overthe tent,behold,Miriam[was] leprous,as [white as] snow.As AaronturnedtowardMiriam,behold,she [was] leprous.
The LORDstruckthe king,so that he was a leperto the dayof his death.And he livedin a separatehouse,while Jothamthe king'ssonwas overthe household,judgingthe peopleof the land.
"Therefore, the leprosyof Naamanshall clingto you and to your descendantsforever."So he wentout from his presencea leper[as white] as snow.
Now there were fourleprousmenat the entranceof the gate;and they saidto oneanother,"Whydo we sithereuntilwe die?
The LORDfurthermoresaidto him, "Nowputyour handinto your bosom."So he puthis handinto his bosom,and when he tookit out, behold,his handwas leprouslike snow.
Thoughthey bringup their children,Yet I will bereavethem until not a manis left. Yes,woeto them indeedwhen I departfrom them!
"Commandthe sonsof Israelthat they sendawayfrom the campeveryleperand everyonehaving a dischargeand everyonewho is uncleanbecause of a [dead] person.
"ThenHe will alsosayto thoseon His left,Departfrom Me, accursedones, into the eternalfirewhich has been preparedfor the deviland his angels;
"Rememberwhatthe LORDyour Goddidto Miriamon the wayas you cameout of Egypt.
