"You have heardthat it was said,AN EYEFOR AN EYE,AND A TOOTHFOR A TOOTH.'
"You have heardthat it was said,YOU SHALL LOVEYOUR NEIGHBORand hateyour enemy.'
"You shall appointfor yourself judgesand officersin allyour townswhichthe LORDyour Godis givingyou, according to your tribes,and they shall judgethe peoplewith righteousjudgment.
