But He saidto them, "Have you not readwhatDaviddidwhenhe became hungry,he and his companions,
"Orhave you not readin the Law,that on the Sabbaththe priestsin the templebreakthe Sabbathand are innocent?

So the priestgavehim consecrated[bread]; for there was nobreadtherebut the breadof the Presencewhich was removedfrom beforethe LORD,in order to puthotbread[in its place] whenit was takenaway.
