The scribeswho came downfrom Jerusalemwere saying,"He is possessedby Beelzebul,"and "He castsout the demonsby the rulerof the demons."

But someof them said,"He castsout demonsby Beelzebul,the rulerof the demons."
As they were goingout, a mute,demon-possessedmanwas broughtto Him.
"It is enoughfor the disciplethat he becomelikehis teacher,and the slavelikehis master.Ifthey have calledthe head of the houseBeelzebul,how muchmore[will they malign] the members of his household!
And He was castingout a demon,and it was mute;when the demonhad goneout, the mute manspoke;and the crowdswere amazed.
