"Manywill comein My name,saying,I am[He!]' and will misleadmany.
Then the LORDsaidto me, "The prophetsare prophesyingfalsehoodin My name.I have neithersentthem norcommandedthem norspokento them; they are prophesyingto you a false vision,divination,futilityand the deceptionof their own minds.
"Manyfalse prophetswill ariseand will misleadmany.
"For manywill comein My name,saying,'I amthe Christ,'and will misleadmany.
for false Christsand false prophetswill arise,and will showsignsand wonders,in orderto lead astray,ifpossible,the elect.
And Jesusbeganto sayto them, "Seeto it that noonemisleadsyou.
"Whenyou hearof warsand rumorsof wars,do not be frightened;[those things] musttake place;but [that is] not yetthe end.
"I have comein My Father'sname,and you do not receiveMe; ifanothercomesin his ownname,you will receivehim.
"ThereforeI saidto you that you will diein your sins;for unlessyou believethat I am[He], you will diein your sins."
SoJesussaid,"Whenyou liftup the Sonof Man,thenyou will knowthat I am[He], and I donothingon My own initiative,but I speakthese thingsas the FathertaughtMe.
Beloved,do not believeeveryspirit,but testthe spiritsto see whetherthey are from God,becausemanyfalse prophetshave goneout into the world.
